With high-tech processing plants operating at 12 locations, Hatsun ensures rigorous testing of milk before processing. The milk is then sent either for fresh product processing or for manufacturing of dairy ingredients.

Quality Products Guaranteed

With a capacity of 2.5 million litre of Cow Milk per day, including Fresh Milk and Dairy Ingredients, Hatsun handles 1.9 million litres of pure cow milk every day.

Hatsun produces a variety of best in quality dairy ingredients. This includes:

  • Milk powder (FCMP/WMP, SMP (LH,UHT,MH&HH), Dairy Whitener)
  • Butter(salted/unsalted or cooking)
  • Ghee
  • Anhydrous Milk Fat
  • Frozen cream

All our products are made under the strict supervision of well experienced Dairy Technologists. All these factors are one reason for Hatsun to be the biggest private milk and milk product manufacturers in South India.

Quality Control Labs

There are state-of-the-art chemical and microbiological laboratories for process control, product quality control and product development. These ISO 22000:2005; 9001:2000, 14001:2004 and HACCP certified manufacturing facilities have been regularly upgraded to meet the requirement & standards of various large multinational companies. Hatsun's well maintained assets are capable of being scaled up for higher volumes and enhanced product range.
